iPhone rejects NIN app
Apparently that very cool Nine Inch Nails application that was on everyone’s iPhone has had its most recent update shot down by the makers of the iApparatus themselves. Apple has said that NIN’s recent update of “The Downward Spiral” (the song, not the album) contains “objectionable content”.
Is this the same Apple we’re talking about? The same Apple that runs iTunes which allows users to download NIN’s music? They regularly monitor the music and content and they just realized that Trent Reznor makes music that has “objectionable content”? Apparently fucking someone like an animal is NOW deemed objectionable.
Trent himself even posted on Twitter about the situation. I guess he’s none too happy with this development. Good thing he got engaged to keep his mind off of it for now.
