The Dead Weather album cover
A band that I’m really looking forward to seeing live and also listening to on my iPod is Jack White’s new band The Dead Weather. Again, for those of you that don’t know, the band consists of Jack White on drums, Jack Lawrence (The Raconteurs) on bass, Dean Fertita (Queens of the Stone Age) on guitar and Alison Mosshart (The Kills) on lead vocals.
The cover for their debut album, Horehound, was released today and TDW will also be going on a summer tour. The dates for the tour are as follows:

I highly recommend you go see them when they roll through a town near you. And for you White Stripes fans, don’t worry about the state of Jack’s original band. He’s currently working on new tunes for Meg to play drums on.
