Our Lady Peace – All You Did Was Save My Life
One of my favorite bands to come from North of the Border is Our Lady Peace. It really is a shame that the band isn’t as big in the U.S. as they used to be but that doesn’t stop them from recording new music. With their new album Burn Burn hitting shelves on June 21st, OLP has given us their very first single from the album called “All You Did Was Save My Life”.
Now I’m a fan of Raine Maida’s voice but on this song he sounds a little like a younger Neil Diamond to me. That’s not entirely a bad thing but Raine had such a unique voice on earlier recordings that made him stand out. Maybe it’s because he’s getting older and his range isn’t what it used to be.
