Phish – Time Turns Elastic

Phish: the jam band beloved by hippies, drug dealers and people who have dreads for hair have released an epic 13-minute song entitled “Time Turns Elastic”.
The song was originally performed in September of 2008 as a collaboration between the band’s singer/guitarist Trey Anastasio and the composer Don Hart. The Phish version of the song hits iTunes today and the studio version of the song will be available to buy online on June 9th. You can check out the song in its really long entirety over at the band’s Myspace page. If you also head over to Phish’s website you can see a video of the band playing the song.
In addition to the “little tune for Phish” as it’s described by Anastasio, the band will be releasing a new, still untitled LP on June 28th. It’s the band’s newest album since 2004′s Undermind.
