Ozzy suing Tony Iommi

Ozzy Osbourne has filed a lawsuit with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office against his former Black Sabbath bandmate Tony Iommi, claiming that he illegally took sole ownership of the name Black Sabbath.
The New York Post reported that Osbourne wants a 50 percent stake in the Black Sabbath trademark plus a portion of Iommi’s profits he’s made from the Sabbath name.
The suit also points out that the band’s “extraordinary success” came from Osbourne’s “signature lead vocals” and that during Ozzy’s absence from 1980 and 1996 when Ronnie James Dio took over the lead vocals, Sabbath’s popularity went down.
What do you guys think? Is the lawsuit legit or is Ozzy clamoring for some extra cash?
