Guitar Hero: Van Halen trailer revealed
I gotta hand it to the Guitar Hero/Rock Band franchises. When one game comes out with a trailer, the other responds asap. That being said, you can check out the trailer for the upcoming Guitar Hero: Van Halen game which will be coming out near the end of 2009.
As you can see in the trailer, Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony both got the boot from the virtual representation of the band. Video game VH is comprised of David Lee Roth, Eddie Van Halen, Alex Van Halen and Wolfgang Van Halen. You also see the band in two forms: the 1979 spandex and long hair version and the Van Halen II version which shows the band with short hair and jeans. Wolfgang Van Halen appears throughout the entire game.
The game will feature 25 Van Halen songs as well as three Eddie Van Halen guitar solos. It will also feature songs from bands like Queen, Weezer, Blink-182, The Offspring and Queens of the Stone Age.
