Carlon on the RiO!B

The New Jersey based band Carlon was cool enough to sit down with the Rock it Out! Blog for a nice little chat at Maxwell’s in Hoboken, NJ last week.

If you’re not familiar with these guys then make your way to their Myspace page to check out songs from their new album Johari Window. It’s got a southern/psychedelic sound to it and is much different than what you would normally hear from a Garden State band. They’re not trying to emulate Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen or any of the thousands of pop-punk bands that litter this state. We salute you Carlon!
