Beck’s website is on a roll!
Beck is slowly becoming the Internet’s new darling. His website is constantly changing and adding some really cool features that allow us to check out cool projects that he’s working on. He’s got Record Club, which has Mr. Hansen and friends record an entire album in one day and gradually release songs from the album.
There’s Planned Obsolescence which has Beck and some friends create their own DJ mixes that you can check out. Irrelevant Topics has Beck conducting interviews with other artists and his first interview is with Tom Waits.
Now he’s got a new section called Videotheque and you can check out the first video up top. It’s been one year since the release of Beck’s last album Modern Guilt so he decided to put up a video of an acoustic cover of his song “Orphans”. Other acoustic tracks from the album will be released weekly.
Apparently Beck is trying to put all other websites out of service by making his more amazing than all others.
