Modest Mouse releasing brand new EP
Issac Bruce could be one of the coolest frontmen on the planet and his band Modest Mouse could be one of the coolest bands out there. Which is why I’m psyched (does anyone say that word anymore?) about the new EP called No One’s First, And You’re Next. Good news indeed.
If you’ve been following the music blogs (including this one) you’ve already heard a lot of the eight tracks that are slated to be on this record. Songs like “Autumn Beds”, “Satellite Skin” and “Perpetual Motion Machine” have already become familiar with the throngs of MM fans. The record will also come with the song “King Rat” which Heath Ledger shot a video for and the song “I’ve Got It All (Most)” which is a B-side to “Float On”.
The EP is coming out in two versions in August with the CD coming out on August 4th and the vinyl on August 18th. Damn. Now what do I get for my birthday? The vinyl or Madden ’10? Decisions decisions.
