Muse – Uprising
Muse has just released the video for their song “Uprising” from their new album The Resistance.
I’m not really sure as to what the symbolism is in this video but I’m willing to take a crack at it. The band, led by lead singer Matt Bellamy and his sparkly red guitar, are playing their anthemic song on the back of a pick up truck. Meanwhile, a lit fuse is winding through the streets of a small city until the evil teddy bears rise out of the ground and cause havoc and destruction!
OK I’ve only had one hour of sleep so trying to watch this video and come up with why certain things happen ain’t workin out so well for me. Watch the video up top and come up with your own conclusions.
