Thom Yorke – All For The Best

Thom Yorke’s voice makes an appearance today in his brand new music video for his cover of Mark Mulcahy’s song “All For The Best” which you can check out over at Rolling Stone.

Thom covered this song as part of a tribute album for Mulcahy called Ciao My Shining Star: The Songs of Mark Mulcahy. The album was made because Mulcahy’s wife had passed away leaving him to take care of his twin 3-year-old daughters. The proceeds from the album went to Mulcahy so he could continue making music while taking care of his kids.

Other artists that appear on the album include Michael Stipe, Frank Black, The National, Ben Kweller, Dinosaur Jr. and more. This single isn’t the only thing Thom is releasing. On September 21st, he’ll release his new single “FeelingPulledApartByHorses/The Hollow Earth” and his song that’s expected to be on the soundtrack for the film New Moon should be announced tomorrow.

He’s such a busy boy you would almost think he forgot about that band that he’s in. What’s their name again?
