Guns N’ Roses will put your baby to sleep

That is the product description of an album that has taken the classic songs of Guns N’ Roses and turned them into lullabyes for your baby so they can sleep at night. The company called Rockabye Baby! takes music from major rock artists turns them into mobile-worthy tunes so your child can drift to sleep while visions of Nine Inch Nails and AC/DC dance in their tiny heads.
When I worked at Sirius a few years ago these guys sent me the very first CD’s that they made which were songs by Nirvana, Radiohead and Metallica. So far their catalog has expanded to include artists like Green Day, No Doubt, Aerosmith, Bob Marley and even Bjork (that’s if you wanna make your child a hipster reeeal early). It’s an interesting idea but personally I’m all for playing the real album for your kid. Why play them watered down versions when they can just grow up with the real thing?
