Weezer announce tour dates/new video and more
The Weez is back in a big way this year. Their new album Raditude is out on November 3rd, they’re playing back-to-back nights on The Late Show with David Letterman, they’re releasing their very own Snuggie and they’re going out on tour in support of the new record.
The tour kicks off on October 24th in Los Angeles, CA at The Palladium and so far they’ve only got one other show in NYC on Halloween at Hammerstein Ballroom. Although there is a secret show next week in NYC that Weezer’s playing (and I got invited to go! Sweet!) and you guys can get the info on how to win tickets to the secret show right here. Both shows in L.A. and NYC are sold out but there are plenty more dates coming up in December with more to be announced soon.
Weezer also just released the music video for their first new single “(If You’re Wondering If I Want You To) I Want You To”. It’s pretty interesting to see what happens when a pretty girl rolls through the town of Weezerville and destroys the harmony just by walking around in slow motion.
