U2 go behind the scenes of The Unforgettable Fire
This was a pretty cool find. You can now see U2 behind the scenes as they made their breakthrough album The Unforgettable Fire.
This video is actually part of the album’s 25th anniversary edition that’s currently available. It shows the band recording the album at Slane Castle, live footage of U2 sans spaceship stage and Bono’s massive mullet. Oh the memories.
The Unforgettable Fire is available now in four different formats, with deluxe editions that feature two previously unheard tracks from the Slane Castle sessions: “Yoshino Blossom”, and “Disappearing Act” as well as a limited edition Super Deluxe package which includes a DVD featuring music videos, a documentary and unreleased live footage from the Amnesty International Conspiracy of Hope Tour in 1986.
