Death Cab, Band of Skulls going on New Moon tour
The soundtrack for the film New Moon recently went number one on the charts (and I helped put it there by purchasing my own copy). So in honor of the soundtrack being so successful, some of the artists from the album will be going on what has been dubbed “The Twilight Saga: New Moon Tour.” This tour will include the bands Death Cab for Cutie, Sea Wolf, Band of Skulls and Anya Marina.
The tour will officially kick off on November 6th in Los Angeles, CA at the Hollywood & Highland complex. All it takes to get into the show is the purchase of a New Moon t-shirt from a Hot Topic and you get to watch the bands and have a Q&A session with some of the cast members at some of the mall stops on the tour (via CoS). Oh I bet that’ll be so thrilling!
All the tour dates are down below. I don’t think I could bring myself to attend this event even if I was invited. It’s like going to a show for all the wrong reasons. Seriously if I went to this show I would feel like a chaperone at a 6th grade tiny vampire dance. Although it would be fun to spike the punch…
