RiO! Band of the Week – Amasic
See that dark, brooding figure over there on the left? Well he happens to be from Quebec in Canada and he’s also the brand new RiO! Band of the Week. He goes by the name of Amasic and here’s the killer. He’s only 15 years old…with braces!
Amasic’s real name is Janick and is a Trent Reznor in the making. All the music released by him is done by him. Vocals, instruments, production and more. So head on over to his Myspace page and see what a 15-year-old can do if he puts his mind to the music. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
No need to worry if he has a French accent because there isn’t one. I know that turns off some people when they listen to a band because it’s…you know…French.
