My Morning Jacket to appear on American Dad
While The Simpsons may get the major rock stars on their show, American Dad is going down the indie-rock road when My Morning Jacket makes their appearance.
Stewie’s Playground (via TwentyFourBit) released images of the upcoming show where the dad, Stan, becomes obsessed with the southern rockers. What’s even cooler is that Jim James and the rest of MMJ will voice their animated selves on the episode.
It’s good to see that Jim is still making time for his original band and not that band of folkies he’s currently traveling around the world with. The episode hits the air on November 22nd.
