Anvil appearing in The Green Hornet
Anvil has made one of the biggest comebacks this year. From catering jobs in Canada to a possible Academy Award nominated documentary, they’ve definitely been on a high this year. That high will continue on as they are slated to make an appearance in Seth Rogen’s film The Green Hornet.
Up top you can check out an interview with Sacha Gervasi, director of Anvil! The Story of Anvil, talking about how Hornet director Michel Gondry approached the band about being in the film. Apparently they’ll be playing a band that gets blown up in the opening scenes of the movie.
The Green Hornet is in theaters in 2010. Anvil is currently touring in the U.K.
