Them Crooked Vultures will make a 2nd album

Them Crooked Vultures debut album came out this week and it’s already being touted as one of the best albums of 2009. However, with a group like Dave Grohl, Josh Homme and John Paul Jones providing the nastiness behind the music, you would think that this would only be a once in a lifetime thing. But the band doesn’t seem to think that way.
TCV has said that they are already plannning on making a follow up album, according to NME. In an interview with The Sun, lead singer Josh Homme said, “I felt we’ve only just started to pick up steam. Why would we want to stop now?” Dave Grohl only confirmed his statement when he added, “when we make our second record, it’s going to be even more powerful than this one”.
A more powerful record than the already monster sound from their debut? I still can’t stop listening to the first album but I’m already counting down the days for album number two. Bring it on you crazy, crafty and oh so crooked vultures!
