RiO! Band of the Week: The Expendables
This week’s Rock it Out! Band of the Week is representing for the west coast and Santa Cruz, CA and they’re called The Expendables.
With wintertime here, it’s gonna start gettin’ a bit chilly and there will be many days that you’ll curse the cold weather for making your life suck. So instead of yelling at the wind, why not chill with summertime thoughts as the band provides the soundtrack? In the vein of other rock/reggae/ska bands such as Sublime and Reel Big Fish, The Expendables hit you with a chill sound that’ll have you imagining yourself on a California beach smokin’ a bit of the ganja and drinking beers with your buds while the waves roll in the background.
