MTV should be walled up

Thursday, November 5th, 2009

I've had enough. Seriously, it's time for people to stand up and tell the "music channel" known as MTV to kindly fuck off. It's bad enough that they've changed the "M" in their name from "Music" to "Meh". Now they're taking something that should be seen as historic and turned it into an insult of sorts.
Tonight, the European Music Awards will be held in Berlin and, as a tribute to the 20th anniversary of the falling of the Berlin… Read More

No Doubt suing over video game avatars

Thursday, November 5th, 2009

Jack White says no to Slash

Wednesday, November 4th, 2009

Slash's upcoming solo album has all the makings of the biggest rock n' roll party on earth. Everyone from Dave Grohl to Ozzy Osbourne to Flea will be making an appearance on Slash & Friends which sounds more like a bad NBC variety show than an album title. But the one man that Slash really wanted on his record turned him down. That man was Jack White.
In an interview with MusicRadar… Read More

The Beatles for 25 cents

Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009

The Beatles. The one band you wish would sell their catalog digitally so you wouldn't have to go out and buy the physical copies of their albums. Rhapsody, iTunes, Amazon and other have tried and failed to woo the Fab Four's music to their sites. So who is BlueBeat.com and how are they selling the entire Beatles catalog for 25 cents a song?!
By applying to be a member of the site (for free, btw) you can buy single Beatles tracks… Read More
