New Music from Dirty Projectors
Brooklyn, NY indie-rockers and the love of many bloggers, Dirty Projectors, have decided to give us a little present to start off our new year.
The band surprised many a music listener by giving us a brand new 7″ entitled “Ascending Melody” to download for free. The song was recorded during the Bitte Orca sessions but, according to the band (via CoS), the song “didn’t fit with the vibe of the album.”
In addition to “Ascending Melody”, a b-side entitled “Emblem Of The World” is also available to download for the low cost of nothing.
