American Carnage tour rescheduled
Carnage will strike the streets of North America this summer! Loud music and large men will rain death and destruction upon the masses! Someone buy me a ticket!
Yes, metalheads, the American Carnage tour featuring Slayer, Megadeth and Testament has been rescheduled and will go through both the U.S. and Canada. The tour will kick off July 23rd in Quebec City, QC Canada and go all the way through Labor Day weekend with the final show taking place on September 4th in Portland, OR. If you bought tickets to the first American Carnage tour, those tickets will be honored at the new shows.
Sadly, due to venue availability, some of the cities on the first outing could not be rescheduled including El Paso, Houston, Nashville, Duluth and Louisville. But new cities have been added to the tour like Cleveland, Kansas City, San Diego and Sacramento.
The first attempt of the American Carnage tour had to be canceled due to Slayer bassist Tom Araya’s ongoing back problems. After trying to hold off on surgery, Araya finally went under the knife about a week ago. Because of that, Megadeth and Testament are heading out on tour together in March for the “Rust in Peace” tour.
