Mastodon announce U.S. tour
Mastodon, the makers of the album Crack The Skye which came in at #2 on our top albums of 2009 list, have announced a U.S. tour that will focus on smaller venues.
The Atlanta rockers will embark on a 30-date tour with opening acts Between The Buried And Me, Baroness and Valient Thorr. They’re staying away from the major cities on this outing and are focusing on smaller towns and intimate venues. Towns like Sayreville, New Jersey, Billings, Montana and Eugene, Oregon will all feel the crushing pressure of Mastodon and their merry metal crew.
Tickets for the tour are going on sale February 12th and you can grab yourself some right here. Since the venues they’re playing are smaller these tickets are gonna go fast so you may want to be quick. All the tour dates are down below.
