Sublime with Rome reveal tour dates



The second coming of Long Beach, CA band Sublime, complete with new singer Rome Ramirez, is set to happen this April as the band have released a few tour dates.

Now known as Sublime With Rome, Ramirez, bassist Eric Wilson and drummer Bud Gaugh have scheduled six dates so far in April and May with plans to tour Europe and then returning to North America for more shows this summer (via Billboard).

“I can’t wait to get this show on the road,” said Gaugh to Billboard. “Rome has got a great personality and a good vibe, and he’s really humble and a real fun person to be around — and a great musician. Once we got things together and things were working out good, we were like, ‘Alright, yeah! Let’s go!’ ”

The band also plans on releasing brand new music. So far they’ve written three brand new songs including “Panic” which they’ve performed at the three shows they’ve played so far.

“We’re gonna continue working on material as we’re on the road,” Gaugh said. “It’s not without question to have a studio in one of the buses while we’re on tour. We do a lot of our best creativity on stage, so we’ll be trying out new stuff for the fans, even before we go into the studio.”
