The National announce new album release date
The National’s website has taken on a shade of violet recently. Maybe that’s because the band has announced that their new album is called High Violet. Those boys are crafty!
But yes, the fifth studio album from the band will hit your record store on May 11th (via CoS). Plus, since there’s a new album coming, that usually means there’s going to be a tour that goes with it.
Which is why, if you look down below, you’ll see The National’s upcoming tour dates. They’re also making stops at some of your favorite festivals including Bonnaroo and Sasquatch. Not to mention they’re playing shows with bands including indie-rock’s Beach House and 90′s rockers Pavement. You excited yet? You should be.
