Scars On Broadway playing show in April?

You guys remember when System Of A Down broke up went on “hiatus”? Remember when guitarist Daron Malakian and drummer John Dolmayan formed the band Scars On Broadway? Remember when they released an album and were supposed to tour but at the last minute Daron pulled the plug on the whole thing? No? Well you’ve just been reminded.
But it now turns out that, according to a posting on Dolmayan’s facebook page, that Scars On Broadway are making a “comeback” of sorts when they play a show in Los Angeles this April.
The band has sold over 80,000 copies of their debut album but when it came time to tour, starting with an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! back in 2008, Malakian canceled the appearance as well as the whole tour.
“The music of SCARS will live on, but now is a time when aspects of my life need to be tended to,” said a dismal Malakian who also said his heart wasn’t into touring.
Hopefully they’re just getting the itch to play again to hopefully warm up for that System reunion we’re all hoping for.
