Phoenix offer free download of live album



French dance-rockers Phoenix were one of the biggest buzz bands in 2009 and they plan on riding that buzz through 2010 and beyond. So how does a band manage to stay in our good graces? By giving us a live album to download for free!

Make your way over to their website and you’ll be able to download the 8-track album Live In Sydney. All you have to do is hit the download button. No mailing list, no contact info, nothing. Consider it a gift on behalf of the people of France so we stop making fun of them for a little bit…but only for a little bit.

Phoenix is rumored to be one of the headliners for the Lollapalooza festival but it hasn’t been confirmed yet.
