Watch: Monsters Of Folk – “Dear God”
The indie-folk/rock supergroup that is Monsters Of Folk (Jim James, M. Ward, Conor Oberst, Mike Mogis) are back with a new video for their song “Dear God” that is sure to “folk” with your head….yeah I didn’t like that joke either.
The song comes from the group’s self-titled debut LP which you should have already bought by now. The video takes us on a journey through the universe which is actually a trip through a human being which is actually a trip through the universe. You get all that?
The members of the band are off doing their own things this summer with their respective bands (My Morning Jacket, She & Him, Bright Eyes) but they made sure not to forget their collaborative effort and brought us this video.
