Listen: Interpol – “Lights”



Wow. See what happens when a band disappears for a while? They come back with a dark/futuristic font.

Interpol, the buzz band of many years ago, has returned and come bearing a brand new song. The name of the track is “Lights” from their upcoming fourth LP and you can check it out down below.

If you really like it, the band has also offered it as a free download which you can also grab down below.

As for the actual song itself, it starts off with ominous guitars and haunting vocal melodies before building into a pretty solid drum groove. I’d say it’s not too bad for a first track because it leaves you craving more. Hopefully more is on the way soon.
