Kings Of Leon announce openers for upcoming tour

If you’re going to see Kings Of Leon this summer you may wanna get to the show real early. The band just announced their openers for their upcoming tour and, man, are they awesome.

Built To Spill, The Black Keys, The Whigs, The Features and The Stills have all been tapped to open for K.O.L at certain stops on the tour. See? I told you getting there early was a good idea.

Now pay close attention because this part will get a bit confusing. The tour kicks off on June 5th in Atlantic City, NJ where The Whigs will be the solo openers until June 8th in Scranton, PA. The next show, which is July 9th in San Diego, CA, will have Built To Spill and The Features as the openers until July 20th in Denver, CO. Still with me so far?

July 23rd in St. Louis, MO will have The Stills as the solo opener. Shows on July 24th and 26th will have The Stills as well as Built To Spill and then on the 28th it’ll just be The Stills solo again. Then from July 30th to August 7th it’ll be Built To Spill and The Stills opening for K.O.L. Finally, from September 3rd til the final show on the 23rd you’ll have The Black Keys and The Whigs opening.

Phew. I need to take a breather for a minute. Are you okay?
