RiO! Band of the Week – No Connection



Our new band of the week brings the title to the city of Reading in the U.K. While it’s primarily known for the Reading and Leeds music festival, it can be proud that it has spawned the band No Connection as well.

Remember that 90′s rock sound that everyone loves? The sound we all reminisce about and how we wish would return? Well the boys of No Connection have harnessed that sound and pump it out of their amplifiers as if their lives depend on it.

While they cite their influences to be bands like AC/DC, Aerosmith and Deep Purple, their sound mirrors that of the Foo Fighters and Stone Temple Pilots. Hard, fast and distorted.
