The soundtrack that all indie-rock kids will own this year is revealing its tracklisting one half-hour at a time.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse OST is expected to make another major splash in the music world by putting together today’s current buzz bands with major players in the indie and alt-rock scenes. So far, bands including Muse (which we already told you about), Vampire Weekend, Metric, The Black Keys and artists including Beck are appearing on this record.

The previous soundtrack for the film New Moon featured bands and artists including Thom Yorke, Editors, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Killers, Muse and many more.

Unfortunately, the tracklisting for the Eclipse OST is being released the same way that the acts for Bonnaroo were revealed. Every half-hour, a new artist and song title appear here which is kind of stupid because it’s just a soundtrack. Yes, the artists and bands appearing on it will probably be amazing, but there’s no need to drag it out like this. It just makes it more annoying for all us bloggers who will cover this story.
