Stone Sour reveal new album title and tour dates
Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor’s other band known as Stone Sour has revealed the title of their new record as well as tour dates for this summer.
The album is called Audio Secrecy and it’s the follow-up to 2006′s Come What(ever) May. Taylor recently described that this album “is the summation of everything we want, everything we crave and everything we fight for. The dimensions go further than anything we’ve ever tried before. It’s metal, rock, slow, soft, hard, fast, bitter, beautiful and most importantly, it’s real. You can’t get an album like this out of a band that doesn’t exist. We’re throwing caution out the damn window.”
Stone Sour is also set to head out on the road this summer as part of the Rockstar Uproar Festival which kicks off on August 17th in Minneapolis, MN. All the tour dates can be seen at the festival’s official website and tickets can be purchased starting May 15th at livenation.com.
