Slipknot bassist found dead



More sad news coming from the heavy metal world.

It was recently reported that Slipknot bassist Paul Dedrick Gray was found dead in a hotel room in Urbandale, Iowa (via Des Moines Register). He was only 38 years old.

So far there have been no reports of exactly how he died but there’s been no evidence of foul play, according to police. Gray was found by a hotel employee at 10:50 a.m. this morning.

An autopsy is scheduled to be performed this coming Tuesday including toxicology testing to see what caused Gray’s death.

This is a sad day, maggots.

    NO! I refuse to believe that there has been ANOTHER death of one of my favorites. First The Rev. then Ronnie James Dio, now Paul :( R.I.P.
