Interpol cancel their North American tour

Stupid Bono with his stupid back surgery and his…and his stupid…face.
I lash out only because since Bono had his back problem, that led to U2 postponing their North American tour. By doing so, that meant the band that would open for U2 wouldn’t play either. Which is why Interpol is no longer touring North America this summer.
The band posted a statement at their website describing the predicament they’re in and how they plan on resolving it.
“With the exception of four shows, we have had to cancel our announced dates. Shows in Rochester, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, and Allentown will be happening. The rest of the shows will be rescheduled. If you have purchased tickets for a cancelled date, please contact the “point of purchase” and get a full refund.
“We lament the change in plans, apologize for the inconvenience, and assure you that we’ll do you right – when the time is right and the light is nice.”
So down below are the official dates for when you can see Interpol. For the rest of you? I guess you’ll just have to wait for gloomy indie-rock to reach your town.

Paris is a fabulous city to visit in the autumn. Its not to warm or to cold, its just nice. I like visiting the Eiffeltower.
