Outside Lands festival announces lineup
San Francisco is slowly gaining the status of “awesome music festival city” ever since Outside Lands arrived at Golden Gate Park.
The festival, which started back in 2008, announced the full lineup of the two day event today. Headliners will include massive bands including Kings of Leon, My Morning Jacket, Phoenix, The Grateful Dead and another festival appearance by The Strokes.
Outside Lands, normally a three-day festival, will only go for two days this year on August 14th and 15th. Which means more music packed into your San Fran experience. You may want to schedule what shows you want to see before going this year.
Tickets go on sale Wednesday, June 2nd at 10 am PST. One day passes go for $75 and two day passes go for $125 and will be available to buy at Ticketmaster.
