We like rock music more than you. It's just the way it is…

European Wolfmother fans can stop thinking about how awesome of a time they’re gonna have at their show this summer because they’re no longer happening.

The band has had to cancel all of their European tour dates because singer Andrew Stockdale is suffering from an sickness (via CoS). A statement from Wolfmother was released to the Main Street Square festival that read the following:

“We are sorry to announce that Wolfmother have been forced to cancel its full European tour for June and July. Due to medical reasons, Andrew Stockdale, Wolfmother’s lead singer is unable to fly.”

Which means the band will miss out on opening for Kiss at a few shows in Germany and they won’t be able to open for Pearl Jam at the Hard Rock Calling festival in London. But Andrew should recover in time for the band to play all their engagements in the U.S including an appearance at the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago this August.

So we really hope Andrew feels better real soon and to the continent of Europe I can only say sorry…except to Belgium. They can suck it.
