The Pixies announce U.S Doolittle tour dates
The Pixies amazing album, Doolittle, came out in 1989 which means 2009 was the 20th anniversary of the album. But there’s no rule saying the celebration can’t go into 2010! Which is exactly what Frank Black, Kim Deal and the crew are doing this fall in the U.S.A.
The band just announced a fall tour that will run through the U.S celebrating the 20th anniversary of the LP. Which means at every single stop the band will play every song off of the album and all the b-sides as well (via Altpress).
The tour kicks off on September 7th in Philadelphia, PA and will go until September 26th in San Diego, CA. All of the tour dates are listed down below. Plus, at the end of every show, you’ll be able to purchase a CD of the show that you just saw right at the venue.
