Leaked Pearl Jam song written for a Julia Roberts movie
You guys remember about a week ago when I mentioned that a new song from Pearl Jam called “Better Days” was leaked onto the Internet? No? Oh that’s right…that episode was taken down due to a copyright claim by Ten Club, Pearl Jam’s fan club. But I know I wrote about it and they can’t stop me from doing that.
Well anyways, on PJ’s website, they’ve revealed the origin of the song. Turns out that it was actually written for a new Julia Roberts movie called Eat Pray Love that’s coming out this August. Prior to this news, there was rampant speculation that the song was from the Riot Act recording sessions.
The song will be available on iTunes Tuesday, June 22nd and the soundtrack is out on July 20th. The movie is in theaters on August 13th but I’m guessing most of you guys aren’t going to see a Julia Roberts film willingly…unless of course you like her movies…then you’re just weird.
