Watch: The Big Four of Thrash – “Am I Evil?”
Everyone that was hoping for the Big Four of Thrash – Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax – to get together on stage at the same time and play together got their wish. Earlier tonight, all four bands took the stage at Sonisphere in Sofia, Bulgaria to play the Diamond Head song “Am I Evil?”

Blabbermouth reports that James Hetfield, Joey Belladonna and Dave Mustaine all took turns singing while the rest of the members on stage rocked out. Scott Ian from Anthrax tweeted after the performance that “After 29 years of doing this to reach this apex is just so fucking cool. It was a monumental moment of epic proportions. I’m so high from the experience I can’t sleep.”
Below are a couple of videos from the performance. This show was also broadcast live in movie theaters around the world so hopefully those audiences got what they paid for.

I saw this in my local theater here in Texas. AWESOME! I’ve never walked into a movie theater and smelled that concert smell (cheap stinky weed and strong cigarettes) but it was there, apparently people were lighting up at the back of the theater, HAHAHA!!! I was in the front row, where we were all screaming the lyrics.
Anthrax and Megadeth were awesome, Slayer never really appealed to me, and Metallica was sloppy(playing songs too fast and kurt screwing up his leads) but the finale made up for it. Everyone played together, and then Metallica seemed to get their old energy back when they played a couple songs from Kill ‘Em All.
Overall, awesome, even though i spent alot of the slayer portion playing pinball in the lobby.

so me and a buddy of mine were wondering where the fuck slayer is.. we saw metallica, anthrax and megadeth but not slayer.. big 3 of 4 maybe?

I would think it’s #2, since viruses only have a strand of RNA or DNA enclosed in a protein coat, and sometime an additional fatty layer.
