Listen: Serj Tankian – “Borders Are”
Serj Tankian is giving us a taste of his new album Imperfect Harmonies by offering up a free download of his new song “Borders Are.”
His album comes out on September 7th and the song can be downloaded by signing up for a mailing list at his official website. He also released a lyric video that shows the world’s countries losing their borders and becoming one.
But I can’t lie to you guys. The song itself is….eh. I mean it’s not bad but it’s not that great either. I think eh is the best way to describe it. You’ll listen to it, it’ll be in the forefront of your brain for about 10 minutes and then you’ll move on. I’m hoping the rest of his album is good whilst I secretly continue to hope for System Of A Down to get back together.
