RiO! Band of the Week – Hollowick
Canada, once again, steps up to represent the rock music world as our new Band of the Week hails from Oshawa, Ontario. A round of applause, everyone, for the band Hollowick.
This trio of rockers only have one song on their Myspace page as of right now and it’s called “Timebomb.” But the song is an explosion of sound all packed within two and a half minutes. These guys have already had accolades heaped upon them as they were recently nominated for the best new rock group award at the Canadian radio music awards.
If “Timebomb” is any indication of their STP-like sound, then expect to hear their songs all over North American radio any day now. You can download the song on iTunes and you can make your way to their Myspace page to see what else they have in store.

Can’t wait to see these guys in the USA !!!!! Somebody please make that happen…too good to be kept in Canada any longer…

I agree with David… this band needs to be in the usa. they are super way too good to be kept up in canada.

This band is not new…they called rides again before.
in my opinion they have a lot of other great songs
