Avenged Sevenfold premiere new song with Call Of Duty footage
The way I see it, hard-rock and video games about war go hand in hand. So it makes sense to me that a new song from Avenged Sevenfold would be made into a music video featuring footage from Call of Duty.
A7X’s new song called “Welcome To The Family” made its way to the interwebs via the video up top. It’s coupled with some kick-ass footage from the upcoming video game Call Of Duty: Black Ops. While the footage looks great, it’s the song that definitely takes center stage on this one.
The band’s new album, Nightmare, is in stores next Tuesday, July 27th and COD: Black Ops won’t be out until November 9th. I think this is the first time I’ve been inspired to buy a video game that isn’t about football or digital hot girls that I fantasize about getting my cyber on with….goodness I seem to have lost my inner monologue. I hope I didn’t actually write that.
