Jimmy Eat World made their way into our minds and our ears once again when they announced the release date for their forthcoming album, Invented, which is out on September 28th. Now we have a single to get us even more pumped for their return.
The song is called “My Best Theory” and our hats go off to our friends at Antiquiet for the heads up. The song was originally streamed at 107.7 The Fox out of Seattle and this is a tune that’ll grow on you. Really fast. It’s definitely a 180 turn from their 2007 album, Chase The Light.

This song is 10 times better than anything off “Chase this light” and much better than half of “Futures”

Your nuts. Futures was one of the greatest albums of all time. Chase This Light was great, and this is amazing as well.

is it really TEN times better than ALL of “Chase…” and half of “Futures”? what a ridiculous comment. it’s quite good, that is all, a pretty standard first release off a new album. there will be a fair few songs better than this on the album.

I like it, but I think that Chase this light wasn’t bad, though even if Future was better, I like all of Chase this light
