Listen: Limp Bizkit – “Walking Away”
I’m going to be upfront with you. I’m no Limp Bizkit fan. Like, at all. Their music got tired really quick during the early 00′s and I really wanted them to go away. I still want them to go away but some of you guys remain loyal fans. Which is why I offer you their newest song called “Walking Away”….which is what I still want them to do.

It’s from their their forthcoming album, Gold Cobra, which as of right now has no release date. But it is the first album that features the band’s official line up since 2000′s Chocolate Starfish and Hot Dog Flavored Water. Plus, outside of Fred Durst’s singing voice on this track, the music isn’t that bad. It’s comforting knowing that Wes Borland is back on guitar being that he was the only real talent to come from LB. Durst should be on his knees thanking whatever evil force he prays to that Borland came back.
Click play down below to check out the track. I wouldn’t get too excited about this song though. It’s probably the only “diamond” in the severe rough that will be Gold Cobra.

Im no bizkit fan either, but i must say, the singer’s side project, Black Light Burns, is pretty frickin hot.

Never listen’d to them enough to really give an opinion. I dont think this is bad but nothing great, maybe Bizkit should’ve been in the screamo buisness instead.

@V19torrent Black Light Burns is the guitar player’s project not the singer.

Black Light Burns is Borland’s side project, not Durst’s

It’s better than average Limp Bizkit. But that’s like saying getting kicked in the balls is better than getting shot. In the end, did either need to happen in the first place?

As a bizkit fan, I love this side of them.
I agree, even as a LB fan, Fred is a douche at times, but The band musically is great, and on this song they sound tighter than ever, even Fred. Great guitar work form Wes, Great bass Line from Sam. With a pair of good headphones, you can hear Lethal do his thing. Only one who is kinda disappointing here is John Otto, but hopefully hes better on the rest of the album.
Great track. and thanks for putting it up, man.

I’m a huge Limp Bizkit fan. I always have been. I don’t judge anyone from the band. I don’t care what people think about Durst or the band in general. I love their music, and that’s all that matters. This song is fantastic, and the singing is great as well. Thanks for posting.
