We like rock music more than you. It's just the way it is…

Earlier this year I went to South by Southwest in Austin, TX and it probably was the best time I’ve had this year so far. Music pouring out into the streets, the discovering of new bands and meeting my fellow bloggers for the first time. I decided there and then that I would return in 2011.

But the Rock it Out! Blog is taking it one step further this time around. We’re hoping to present a panel next year and we need your help to get it there. Our panel is called “The Rise of the Music Vlogger” and it’ll focus on “vlogging” when it comes to delivering information about music. When I started doing episodes of the RiO!B, I had no idea it would get me to where I am right now. Plus, I didn’t think that so many people were interested in someone telling them about rock music news on their laptop. But nearly 20,000 subscribers and over five million views later, I’m still doing it and it continues to grow.
