Who Is Fistful Of Mercy?
I was at work earlier today when I came across an email that was sent to me by my boss which read the following: Take notice of this. Dhani Harrison, Ben Harper and Joseph Arthur are Fistful Of Mercy. Needless to say, I was intrigued.
Harrison, son of my favorite Beatle, George Harrison, Harper and Arthur don’t reveal much about themselves right off the bat. We do know they have a website as well as Myspace, Facebook and Twitter accounts. Clearly, these guys know how to work some social media.
But they do offer us a video of themselves recording a song called “Fistful Of Mercy” in a studio which you can check out down below. The song is quite good and is something that is making me look forward to more material. The band will be appearing on 89.9 KCRW in Los Angeles tomorrow at 11:15 pacific time (2:15 east coast time). They’ll also be releasing their debut album on October 5th and follow it up with a tour. But I’ve said too much. Just watch the video and enjoy.

george is my favorite beatle as well. this kinda reminds me of hootie and the blowfish in a strange way.

Ben Harper is the most successful one and the most talented he has been touring and doing records for a long time now. If u haven’t heard his early stuff and new stuff your missing a lot. He’s the best thing to happen in music since Floyd and then Beatles
