Slash touring with Ozzy in 2011?
It appears, according to the Quad-City Times, that Ozzy Osbourne and Slash will be performing together on February 14th in Moline, IL. But, according to Metal Rage, that’s not their only show.
The first dates of the Prince of Darkness/Top Hat Guitarist outing have apparently leaked and what we know so far is the following. First, if these dates are for reals then this will be a must-see show in 2011. Secondly, that Velvet Revolver won’t be around at the beginning of 2011. Lastly, I haven’t written down the dates and that’s what you’re dying to read. Move your eyes down to the paragraph below.
Besides the show in Moline, two other dates have been revealed thus far. One on January 16th in Omaha, NE and another on January 22nd in Kansas City, MO. Tickets for the Omaha show will be on sale Saturday, October 16th at Ticketmaster.
Slash apparently broke this news on Philly’s WMMR radio show Preston & Steve. He said that, while the two of them will play together, he didn’t specify as to whether a full tour would take place or if it would just be a few shows. I guess we’ll find out soon enough and when we do, we’ll keep you posted.
