Garbage reuniting for new album

I think the last time I may have talked about Shirley Manson of Garbage is when she appeared as a terminator disguised as a urinal in The Sarah Connor Chronicles on Fox. Good thing I get to talk about her music again.

According to The Herald Scotland, Garbage is reuniting to release a new album. Manson said that the band have “recorded quite a lot but it’s difficult to quantify,” in regards to the album’s sound. “We’re just winging it right now,” she added. This new album would be the band’s fifth studio release. Their last one, Bleed Like Me, was released back in 2005.

Furthermore, Manson said that she would “like to do some touring next year.” The frontwoman has been on a five-year hiatus and in that time she worked on her aforementioned acting career and got married to record producer Billy Bush in Las Vegas.
